Yes, we welcome walk-in guests, subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure a table at your preferred time, especially at weekends and during the summer.

Our terrace is subject to availability and weather conditions. If you'd particularly like to dine outside, please mention this when booking and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that terrace tables cannot always be guaranteed.

There is public parking available close to St Brelade's Bay, opposite the restaurant. Parking availability can vary, particularly during busy summer periods, so we recommend allowing a little extra time for your journey.

We are also on bus routes 12 and 14, with regular services to and from St Helier.

Yes, we do our best to cater for guests with allergies and dietary requirements. Please check our allergen menu before your visit, and get in touch with us if you have any questions or specific requirements.

We want everyone to feel welcome at Oyster Box, and we don't have a formal dress code. We ask that guests wear smart-casual clothing where possible. If you're joining us straight from the beach, please make sure you're dressed before entering the restaurant: swimwear isn't permitted.

We love dogs, but to ensure everyone's comfort, only registered assistance dogs are permitted inside the restaurant. Well-behaved dogs are welcome on our terrace. Please let us know when booking and we'll do our best to allocate you a dog-friendly table.

Yes, we have high chairs available for babies and young children. We recommend letting us know when you book so we can make sure one is ready for you.

Baby changing facilities are also available; please ask the team who can show you where these are located.

Yes. We have step-free access for guests using wheelchairs or other mobility aids, as well as an accessible toilet. If possible, please let us know when you book so we can allocate a table with sufficient space.
