The taste of Jersey

Our menus celebrate our Island and the waters around it. From freshly-landed fish and local shellfish to Jersey Rock oysters, hand-dived scallops and locally caught octopus, we work closely with our suppliers to make the most of what Jersey has to offer. Alongside our seafood, you’ll find beautifully prepared meat, vegetarian and vegan dishes, with regularly changing specials inspired by the seasons.

Our oysters

There’s a reason we love Jersey oysters. Grown in the Royal Bay of Grouville, Jersey Rock oysters are nurtured by the Island’s powerful tides before making their short journey to our kitchen.

We like them simply prepared, served on ice with a squeeze of lemon and shallot vinegar, letting the freshness and flavour of the oyster speak for itself. But for those who like something a little different, we also serve them grilled, poached and with a range of carefully chosen flavours.
