A great choice for seafood lovers, the menu includes the Island’s signature Jersey Rock Oysters. Locally grown in the Royal Bay of Grouville, we pick only the perfect sizes to ensure the fullest taste, and serve them natural with shallot vinegar to complement the flavour. For mains, continue the shellfish theme with mussels in a local cider marinière. Rich and creamy, the dish makes a cosy choice for a winter’s day and highlights more of Jersey’s local ingredients.
For a plant-based meal, start with our grilled king oyster mushrooms. Served with pea purée and a delicate pumpkin seed dressing, they’re akin to vegan scallops: tender, rich and tasty. For mains, warm your soul with dal makani served with roast butternut squash and coconut yoghurt.
For carnivores, don’t miss our pulled rabbit tagliatelle with a hint of smoked bacon, followed by pot roast chicken. With creamy mash, sage and onion gravy, it’s a classic for wintery days and the perfect dish to enjoy as you admire the elements at St Brelade’s Bay.
