Organised by the Jersey Hospitality Association, the Dine Out festival highlights ingredients from local producers and growers.
Whether it’s Jersey beef, locally-caught fish, locally-grown vegetables, or Jersey shellfish. You’ll find the finest local ingredients on our Dine Out Specials menu this autumn.

Start your meal with produce from Jersey waters: our shellfish bisque combines the rich flavours of local crab and lobster with locally-grown vegetables for the perfect taste.
Continue the seafood theme with our scallop & oyster pan roast. Served with herb & scallop coral crostini, it showcases the finest of Island shellfish in a rich autumnal dish.

Should you prefer produce from the land, our Jersey beef with local potato mash is for you. Succulent and tender, it’s perfect for cooler autumn nights and paired with seasonal Jersey vegetables, fresh from the fields.

To finish off your meal, we’ve created an island-inspired panna cotta. Taste the autumn orchards and hedgerows with hints of Jersey apples and blackberries, or if you’re too full for a whole pudding, enjoy our handmade Jersey fudge with tea or coffee. We make it fresh in our kitchens using the finest Jersey milk and butter for a crumbly, creamy taste.
