The competition closes for entries at 9am on 31st January, and the winner will be announced shortly after.
Terms and conditions
The winner will win a three-course Market Menu meal for two people, plus one bottle of house wine. He, she or they will need to pay for any additional food or drinks consumed upon redemption of the prize.
The prize cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer, cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative, and must be redeemed by 31st March 2024.
Market Menu dishes are subject to availability, and we may alter the menu occasionally to reflect seasonal changes. Please check the Oyster Box website for the latest menu before you visit.
The winner will be randomly selected from all Facebook and email entries, and announced on our Facebook page and on this web page on the 31st January 2024. All Facebook and email entrants will be collated onto a spreadsheet, assigned a number, and the winner generated using a random number generator to select an entry.
We will post the winner’s name on our Facebook page on or after the 31st January 2024 to arrange redemption of the prize. Should we not hear from the winner within seven (7) days, we reserve the right to select another winner or to forfeit the prize.
We will tag the winner on Facebook (for Facebook entries) or write to them via email (for email entries). By entering, entrants agree to be contacted in this manner if they win.
By entering, entrants give their consent for their name (or Facebook profile name) to be published on our website, Facebook page, and distributed via email when announcing the winner.
The winner will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their travel to and from Oyster Box, and any additional expenses incurred in redeeming the prize.
The competition is not open to employees of JPRestaurants.
Scammers are known to operate on Facebook, and often mimic official Facebook pages. Some scam pages can appear convincing.
We will not ask the winner to visit a web page or share personal information, and any winner announcement will be on 31st January 2024.
